About us
A new idea from Viña Ventisquero, an invitation for wine lovers and connoisseurs alike to share conversation and knowledge around this fascinating drink that delights men and women for its simplicity, flavour and magic. A space for discussion, learning and teaching about all sorts of wine-related topics, such as specific aspects of valleys, soils, varieties, special notes, wine pairing and wine tasting, among others.
You’ll have the opportunity to understand the different stages of the winemaking process, the difference between different terroirs and the different grape varieties, the reasons behind the content and design of each label, the range of dishes that go best with each wine… all those secrets that make the world of wine continue to be so unique after thousands of years in the history of humanity.
There are no limits for conversations or topics – it all depends on how you choose to participate and use your imagination.
We look forward to your comments, questions or suggestions on how to improve this blog, which belongs to all of us.
We hope you enjoy it – it’s for you!
